The statutory director (jednatel), Nina Kusakina, fulfills the qualification requirements pursuant to Act No. 39/2020 Coll., on Real Estate Intermediation.

Professional qualification:
Real Estate Intermediary (66-042-M), Certificate issued in Prague on 23 April 2025.

3. Nature of Services

Luxpropagency s.r.o. provides private real estate advisory and intermediation services.

The company’s activities include:

  • identification and sourcing of real estate opportunities
  • introduction of clients to property owners, developers and professional advisors
  • coordination of communication between relevant parties
  • assistance in negotiation processes
  • strategic coordination related to property acquisitions and dispositions

The company acts exclusively as an independent intermediary and strategic coordinator.

The company does not provide:

  • legal services
  • tax advisory services
  • accounting services
  • investment services within the meaning of financial market regulations
  • portfolio or asset management
  • fiduciary or trustee services
  • escrow, custody or depositary services

The company does not hold, manage or control client funds.

All legal, tax, financial and regulatory matters must be addressed exclusively by licensed third-party professionals engaged directly by the client.

4. Contractual Position

Luxpropagency s.r.o. is not a contracting party to any real estate transaction unless expressly agreed in writing.

  • an offer to conclude a contract within the meaning of Section 1732 of the Czech Civil Code, or
  • a legally enforceable representation.

Information may be disclosed where required by law or where necessary to fulfill a client’s request involving third-party professionals.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This website and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

Any disputes arising in connection with this website shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Czech Republic, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
